Irina Rieppi

Irina Rieppi is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and learning and development. Currently serving as the Head of Compensations and Benefits at JSC RUSNANO since October 2013, Irina previously held a managerial position at PwC, focusing on human resource consulting, and worked as a Senior Consultant in the same firm. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager at Strategy Partners, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation and benefits alongside staffing and project planning. Earlier in their career, Irina served as an L&D Manager at Omsky Bekon (PRODO Management) from 2002 to 2006. Irina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Omsk State University, attained between 2002 and 2004.
