Carla Anaya is currently the Director of Relocation at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Carla has over 6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and event coordination.

Carla started their career as a Leasing Consultant at Park Place Apartments LLC in September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating apartment leases and assisting potential tenants with their housing needs. Carla also handled client complaints and resolved any issues that arose.

In March 2012, Carla co-founded J & J Flowers, a wedding planning and floral design company. As the Manager, they were responsible for coordinating weddings, managing budgets, and communicating with clients. Carla also handled all of the corporate calls and emails.

In November 2016, Carla began working as the Marketing and Advertising Assistant at Professional Self Storage Management, LLC. In this role, they assisted in the marketing and advertising of over 75 properties. Carla also trained managers and employees on how to use various internet marketing tools, such as Facebook and merchant circle. In addition, they were responsible for overseeing budgets for marketing campaigns and ensuring that they stayed within budget.

Currently, as the Director of Relocation at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, Carla is responsible for assisting clients with their relocation needs. Carla works closely with clients to help them find the perfect home that meets their needs and budget. In addition, they provide support during the moving process and helps clients settle into their new homes.

They are on a team with Mike Balzotti - Director, Education, Kevin Gonzales - VP, Operations, and Tom Locati - Owner & Partner. Carla Anaya reports to Todd Gillenwater, CEO.
