Ian Joseph

Ian Joseph is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in not-for-profit and interim management sectors. As Managing Director of Trustees Unlimited since 2020, Ian has contributed to the appointment of over 2,000 leaders, fostering diversity in board recruitment. In partnership with Russam since 2009, Ian has served as Joint Managing Director since 2014, supporting organizations through executive search and interim management. Ian co-founded Step on Board and is a partner with the WIL Group, focusing on global interim leadership solutions. Additionally, Ian has held roles such as Non Executive Director at Avaaz and advisor to the founder of Kynder App. Ian’s former leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive of HOPE worldwide UK. Academic achievements include a postgraduate certificate in Coaching from Birkbeck College and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School.
