Shane Gallant

Shane Gallant serves as the Regional Operations Manager for the Atlantic Region at Russel Metals, a leading metals distribution and processing company in North America, a position held since August 1997. In addition to this role, Shane Gallant has been the Commander of the 36 Canadian Brigade Group, a Primary Reserve Army formation with around 1600 personnel, since January 1992. The brigade is based in Halifax, NS, and supports multiple Army Reserve units in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Shane Gallant holds a BA from the University of Prince Edward Island (1989-1993) and a diploma in Quality Assurance and Operations Management from Holland College (1996-1997).
