Utkarsh Patil

Utkarsh Patil has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University. With experience as a Project Manager at Russell and Dawson Architecture - Engineering - Construction, as well as a Planning and Development Intern at the City of Anderson, they have managed various phases of projects and conducted research related to land use, demographics, and public services. During their time as a Graduate Assistant at Clemson University, they were involved in grading and research work.
