Jessica Ramos

Jessica Ramos has a strong background in education, with experience in various roles. Jessica is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at Russell Byers Charter School since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked in The School District of Philadelphia, where they held positions as Assistant Superintendent and Principal, starting in July 2017 and September 2006 respectively. Jessica also worked as a Strategy Consultant at JDR Consulting LLC from October 2021 to August 2022. Jessica began their career as a teacher, with positions at Henry C Lea Elementary School from September 2011 to June 2013 and James Alcorn from 2006 to 2011.

Jessica Ramos has a strong education history, with a focus on educational leadership and administration. From 2017 to 2020, they attended Saint Joseph's University as a Doctoral Candidate, studying Educational Leadership and Administration. Prior to that, they earned a PA Principal Certification from Temple University from 2008 to 2010. Jessica also holds a Master's degree in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Their undergraduate education was completed at Temple University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from 2000 to 2006.
