Emma Holthusen

Emma Holthusen has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as Digital Project Manager at Russell Herder since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Multi Market Digital Project Manager at Audacy, Inc. from 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held two roles simultaneously - Admissions Representative at Pediatric Home Service, and Health Unit Coordinator at St. Luke's Hospital, where they demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Health Unit Coordinator role in the team delivery of patient care, used current technology to transcribe orders, maintained the integrity of patient medical records, and gathered/entered and credited patient charges. From 2017 to 2019, Emma worked as a Sales Associate at Apricot Lane Boutique, where they recommended merchandise selections and helped locate merchandise based on customer needs and desires, directed staff and supplied information to other sales associates, and participated in and led others in the processing of shipments, replenishment of the sales floor, and additional operational tasks. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at TJ Maxx, where they served customers courteously and efficiently, maintained selling floor presentations and restocked items, and gave guidance and advice to customers on product selection. Before that, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at Carrie Johnson Bridal & Prom, where they greeted and engaged customers, listened to their needs, and made suggestions and recommendations on dresses, shoes and accessories for their formal occasions, and assisted customers through the dress fitting procedures.

Emma Holthusen attended St. Cloud State University from 2016 to 2017 and then transferred to the University of Minnesota Duluth where they earned a Communications Major with a Minor in Journalism in 2019.
