Nichole Purfeerst

Nichole Purfeerst currently serves as Director of Sales Operations at Russell Investments since May 2022. Prior to this, Nichole accumulated over 21 years of experience at Expeditors, advancing through various roles including Senior Manager of Sales Enablement Systems & Analytics and Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Analytics. Key achievements include managing a multi-million-dollar sales commission process and leading a team of over 150 Sales Operations professionals. Nichole also played a pivotal role in organizing major customer events and developing global sales training programs. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ram Restaurant & Brewery, where Nichole developed customer service skills. Nichole holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University, along with an Executive Leadership Program certification and an Associate's degree in Business Administration.
