Sherly Dsouza

Sherly Dsouza, SHRM - CP, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Russell Investments since July 2023, Sherly played a vital role in expanding the headcount in the Mumbai office from a single figure to over 100 within a year. Prior to this, Sherly was a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Isprava, where management of a team of four Talent Acquisition professionals and one HR intern was undertaken. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Talent Acquisition at Shangrila Corporate Services and Senior Manager HR at Blend Financial Services, as well as a long tenure at Omega Consulting in various HR roles. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Human Resource from SVKM's NMIMS and multiple post-graduate and undergraduate degrees in Human Resource and related fields.
