About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a key role in leading the firm's thought leadership strategy and helps to shape the firm's approach to digital marketing.  Reporting to the GM Business Development, Marketing and Comms, this is a true generalist role, encompassing all aspects of marketing and communications. 

No two days will be the same, and you will need to adapt to new situations and challenges quickly and effectively.  In return, you will join a friendly and high performing team, and be part of an organisation that is committed to the success and development of its people. 

In this role, you will:

  • Define and implement marketing communications strategies aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Implement and own the firm's Digital Marketing Strategy, including managing digital channels and their performance.
  • Promote and offer best practice guidance on social media platforms.
  • Profile and create client centric content.
  • Source, write, edit and publish updates and publications/newsletters about key firm news and new legislation.
  • Manage a small team to deliver first class advice and support.

About you

  • A minimum of 7 number of years’ experience in a corporate and/or professional services marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proof-reading skills.
  • SEO, SEM and Digital Marketing experience, including social media.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work in a team.
  • A strong service focus with a 'can do' attitude.
