Tim Clarke

Tim Clarke is currently a Partner in Public Law & Policy at Russell McVeagh, where Tim has been since August 2005. Previously, Tim was an Associate at Kensington Swan from 1994 to 2001 before becoming a Partner. Tim obtained a First Class Honours LLM in Public Law & Jurisprudence from the University of Cambridge in 1997 and holds a BCom in Economics and LLB (Hons) from the University of Otago. Tim has also been a member of the Board of Management at Russell McVeagh multiple times.
