Andrew White has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the executive search and leadership consultancy industry. Andrew is currently working as the Executive Director of Assessment, Culture, and Development at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this, they worked at GatenbySanderson as a Partner in Leadership and Talent Consulting for six years. Before that, they were a Consultant at Wickland Westcott, where they handled executive search, assessment, and development projects. Andrew's career began at Warren Partners, where they started as a Researcher and eventually worked on executive search assignments in various industries.
Andrew White obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Andrew also pursued an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University from 2005 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained various certifications from different institutions. In 2011, they received the Test User: Occupational, Ability and Test User: Occupational, Personality certifications from The British Psychological Society. In 2016, they obtained the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) certification from CEB, now Gartner, and the Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI) certification from Hogrefe Ltd. Andrew acquired the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) certification from Psychological Consultancy Ltd in 2017, and certifications such as StrengthsInsight | DecisionStyles | CultureFit from Zircon BeTalent and Wave Professional Styles from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company. Lastly, in 2020, Andrew obtained the Board leadership and 360 governance certification from Real World Group, and in 2022, they obtained the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) certifications from Hogan Assessment Systems.
