Barcy Fox

Barcy Fox has an extensive work experience in the field of professional development and employee systems. Barcy started their career at Maritz, Inc. in 1972 as Vice President of the Employee Systems Division and held this position until 1992. Barcy then joined Mariz Motivation Company as VP of the Employee Systems Division from 1974 to 1992. Following that, they served as Vice President of Employee Systems at Maritz Performance Improvement Company from 1976 to 1994. In 1998, they joined Russell Reynolds Associates as the Director of Professional Development, where they currently hold the role as Director of Professional Development.

Barcy Fox obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, History, Art History, and Philosophy from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 1964 to 1967. Prior to that, Barcy attended Vassar College from 1963 to 1964, focusing on the fields of History and Art History, although they did not graduate with a degree from Vassar.
