Barton Christmas

Barton Christmas is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both research and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2023, Barton has also built a successful enterprise as the Owner and Operator of Big Balloon Nation - Balloons Paducah since July 2017, creating over 50,000 balloon designs for various events and performing at notable showcases such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Previously, Barton undertook the role of Michael B. Keegan Traveling Fellow at Vanderbilt University from June 2021 to July 2023, where a global travel fellowship was utilized to study the impacts of COVID-19 on artists across 20 countries. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Vanderbilt University and as a Resident Advisor at The Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs. Barton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Secondary Education from Vanderbilt University, earned in May 2021.
