Knowledge Director And Global Insight Lead, Financial Services at Russell Reynolds Associates

Beijing Zhu has diverse work experience across various industries and roles. From 2019 to present, they have worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, initially as a Knowledge Consultant and later as the Knowledge Director and Global Insight Lead for Financial Services. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2017 to 2019. In 2015, they worked as a Quarterback at Project Scientist. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Ashoka, first as an Associate-Strategic Communications and later as a Program Manager for China Launch. In 2011, they gained experience as an Intern Analyst in Investment Banking at Instream Partners LLC and as a Summer Analyst at The World Bank. Beijing also worked as a Research Assistant at Phoenix TV in 2010. In 2009, they were a Summer Analyst for International Investments at Shenzhen Capital Group Co., LTD, and in 2008, they interned as a Finance Intern in Digital Media at the BBC. Throughout their career, Beijing Zhu has gained a wide range of knowledge and expertise in various industries and roles.

Beijing Zhu completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2015 and 2017. Before that, Beijing earned a Certificate from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth through their Tuck Business Bridge Program in 2009. In 2010, Beijing pursued a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in International Policy Studies at Stanford University, which was completed in 2012. Prior to that, Beijing obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Knox College in 2010, majoring in Economics, International Relations, Business, and Management.
