Brooke Baker has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Brooke is currently serving as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Russell Reynolds Associates since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Cornerstone Research as the Director of Leadership Development from June 2019 to August 2022. Brooke also served as a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry, specializing in the Transformational Leadership and Life Sciences practice areas, from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Korn Ferry, they were a Partner at Edgework Consulting, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on leadership, team, and organizational development.
Brooke Baker has entrepreneurial experience as well, having owned b. baker photography from 2008 to 2014. Brooke also held a leadership position as the Co-President and Board Member of the Needham Education Foundation from 2008 to 2014, leading the foundation through a strategic transition and managing a working board.
Brooke started their career as an Organizational Development Consultant, providing coaching and talent development services to various clients, including FleetBoston (now Bank of America), Houghton Mifflin Co., and the Needham Public Schools. Brooke also worked as the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in 2003 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Bank of America from 1995 to 2000.
Brooke Baker has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College. Additionally, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
