Monika Majcher CPC, ELI-MP is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management, people development, and HR strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as the HR Director for the South-East Europe Area at Schindler Group since September 2017, Monika is responsible for key areas such as recruitment, succession planning, and employer branding. Prior roles include HR Director at Schindler Polska, where Monika developed HR strategies for Poland, and HR Expert at Sygma Bank Polska, focusing on payroll administration and performance appraisal. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in Social Psychology.
