Chris Chia

Chris Chia has a strong background in executive search and advisory work. Chris worked for Russell Reynolds Associates from 2018, starting as a Research Analyst and progressing to the role of Research Director, Managing Lead. In this position, they assisted clients in finding transformative leaders who could navigate the changing business landscape.

Prior to their time at Russell Reynolds Associates, Chris worked at Amrop from 2017 to 2018 as an Associate. Amrop is a global executive search firm that focuses on identifying and positioning leaders for the future.

Before joining Amrop, Chris was an Associate at Reed Hamilton from 2016 to 2017, where they specialized in executive searches for various sectors in Asia, including Hospitality & Gaming, Finance, Retail/FMCG, and Construction & Industrial. Reed Hamilton later merged with Amrop in 2017.

Chris Chia completed their Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons.) degree in Political Science at the National University of Singapore from 2012 to 2016. Before attending university, they obtained their GCE A-level from Hwa Chong Institution, from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Chris Chia obtained the AESC Certified Researcher Associate (CRA) certification from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants in June 2017.
