Christina Frey

Christina Frey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christina began their career in 2000 as an Investment Banking and Private Equity Analyst at Lehman Brothers. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at Sirius XM Radio Inc. In 2006, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant, where they worked until 2009. Christina then joined Gilt Groupe as a Director from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they held roles at The Wall Street Journal / Dow Jones & Company, including Director of Global Sales Strategy and Executive Director of Global Sales Strategy, Operations, and Talent. Since 2014, they have been working at Russell Reynolds Associates, first as the Head of Human Capital for the Americas and currently as the Global Strategy and Development Director.
