Diego Esteban

Diego Esteban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2005, Diego previously held the position of Partner at Heidrick & Struggles from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, Diego was the Chief Executive Officer of Hospitals at Sanitas from 1996 to 2000. Earlier career stages include roles as Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney, Manager at Coopers & Lybrand, and Senior Consultant at Accenture. Diego holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a Master of Business Administration from Universidad de Navarra IESE, completed between 1989 and 1991.
