Folke Friis-Frederiksen

Folke Friis-Frederiksen has a strong background in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in various leadership and partner roles. Folke is currently serving as the Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in areas such as financial services, real estate, private equity, and financial officers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where they focused on financial services, CFOs, financial officers, and private equity. Folke also gained experience at Amrop as a Partner in the financial services sector. Earlier in their career, Folke held positions at Carnegie/RBS-ABN AMRO-Alfred Berg/Enskilda (SEB) and Goldman Sachs, where they served as a Managing Director, Executive Director, and Director in Nordic investment banks and the investment banking division, respectively. Folke started their career at Merrill Lynch as a Summer Associate in the Financial Institutions Group M&A team. Throughout their career, Folke has developed a breadth of knowledge in financial services and has demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Folke Friis-Frederiksen earned a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen between 1985 and 1990. Folke later pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained an MBA degree from 1992 to 1994. During their MBA studies, Folke's fields of study included Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Strategy.
