Gretchen Garner

Gretchen Garner has extensive work experience in executive search and assessment. From 2021 to the present, they serve as a Research Director and Managing Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates, overseeing executive search and assessment projects. Gretchen joined the company in 2010 as a Research Director for the Board and CEO Advisory Practice (BCAP), where they collaborated with Managing Directors globally to recruit board members and CEOs. In this role, they managed candidate pipelines, ensured project progression, and delivered client results. Prior to their tenure at Russell Reynolds Associates, Gretchen worked at Nielsen, Zehe & Antas PC as an Associate from 2008 to 2010 and at Couhig Partners, LLC as an Associate from 2005 to 2008.

Gretchen Garner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, attending from 1996 to 2000. Gretchen later pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
