Jonathan Gleason

Jonathan Gleason is an accomplished executive recruiter with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently leading the Hardware practice at Russell Reynolds Associates since February 2019, Jonathan also co-founded the Venture Talent Group, specializing in assembling leadership teams for high-growth technology companies. Prior to this, Jonathan served as the Director of Practice Group Management and Strategy and Investment Portfolio Manager at Gunderson Dettmer from September 1998 to December 2018, overseeing a multistrategy venture capital fund. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at IQTalent Partners and Director of Product and Sales at Griggs Racing Products. Early career experience includes working as a paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Jonathan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and a BA in International Security and History from Claremont McKenna College.
