Katherine Henry

Katherine Henry has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and industries. Katherine currently holds the position of Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they lead the Human Resources Executive Practice for Australia. Prior to this, they served as the Executive General Manager, People & Transformation at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where they were responsible for the delivery of the People & Culture strategy and services, as well as the organizational transformation program.

Katherine also worked as a Non Executive Director at The Australian Power Institute, contributing to the development of power engineering professionals in the energy sector. Katherine held the role of Executive Director, People and Culture at Bellamy's Organic, where they were responsible for the organizational transformation, people strategy, and delivery of People & Culture services. In addition, Katherine served as Group Director, People and Culture at UXC (a CSC Company), overseeing the organizational transformation and People Strategy for the IT services company.

Katherine also has experience in the legal sector, serving as Director, People and Development at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, an integrated national law firm. Katherine has held senior positions in the HR function at ANZ, a major banking institution, as well as at IBM, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they were a Principal Consultant at PwC, where they led large-scale HR and strategic change projects across various sectors.

Katherine's career began as a Principal Consultant at DA Consulting Group, specializing in change management. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in various HR and leadership roles, focusing on organizational transformation, people strategy, and delivering HR services across different industries.

Katherine Henry has a diverse education history. In 1989, they attended Monash University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Social Science with a focus in Psychology. Katherine completed their degree in 1993. Continuing their education, Katherine enrolled at Deakin University from 1995 to 1997. During this period, they earned a Graduate Diploma of Career Development from the School of Psychology. In 2016, Katherine attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors for a short course called the Australian Company Directors Course, with a specialization in Corporate Governance.
