Katie Lill

Katie Lill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katie currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA at Russell Reynolds Associates, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Researcher EMEA at the same company from February 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Katie worked as a Freelance Executive Search Associate at Shortheath Associates for nearly seven years, starting in December 2014 and ending in September 2021.
