Krisha Otto

Krisha Otto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Krisha works as a Research Director and Managing Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates since May 2023. Prior to that, Krisha was an Executive Search Consultant for Financial Services at Caldwell from December 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining Caldwell, Krisha had an extensive tenure at DHR International from 2015 to 2020. During this time, Krisha held various positions such as Lead Senior Associate in the Automotive & Industrial sector, North American Research & Recruiting Lead in Financial Services, Manager of Global Learning & Development, and Senior Associate & Practice Group Research Lead in the Industrial sector. In these roles, Krisha was responsible for conducting interviews, developing search strategies, overseeing search execution, and driving account growth and expansion.

Prior to DHR International, Krisha worked as a Financial Search Manager at Brilliant™ in 2015 and as a Senior Executive Recruiter at The Jacobson Group from 2011 to 2015. At The Jacobson Group, Krisha managed fully retained executive level searches and collaborated with the CEO.

Krisha started their career as a Financial Aid Specialist at Career Education Corporation from 2009 to 2011.

Krisha Otto obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Monmouth College, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Krisha then pursued a Master of Science in Psychology at Western Illinois University from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Krisha Otto has also completed the online course "Instructional Design Foundations and Applications" at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in September 2020. Currently, they are working towards obtaining the "Learning Technologies Foundations and Applications" certification from the same institution.
