Kyle Wiginton

Kyle Wiginton is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director in Professional Services & Healthcare Technology at Russell Reynolds Associates since December 2012, Kyle specializes in senior-level executive search and assessment. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Director at KPMG Management Consulting from July 2006 to December 2012, where expertise included merger integrations, organization design, and business strategy. Kyle's military background includes serving as Company Commander for the Headquarters Company of the 177th Finance Battalion, overseeing operations planning and budget management, and as Operations Officer for the 3rd Soldier Support Battalion, managing training and deployment readiness. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, completed in 2001.
