Lauren Krouskoff

Lauren Krouskoff has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as an Acquisition Resources and Analysis Intern at the United States Department of Defense. Lauren then served as a Women, Peace, and Security Intern for the Afghan Women's Task Force at Women's Action for New Directions in 2013. Lauren worked as an Intern in the Office of the Senior Associate Dean at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in 2014. The following year, they volunteered at WorldTeach. In 2015, Lauren joined Vantage Partners as a Consultant, where they worked until 2019. At Tufts Health Plan, they served as a Corporate Learning and Development Training Specialist II from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they co-founded Us & Them and was involved until 2020. Lauren then worked as a Consultant for Mina's List: Empowering Women's Political Leadership Globally from 2020 to 2022. Lauren Krouskoff completed their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning at The George Washington University from 2020 to 2021.
