Monika Schlindwein

Monika Schlindwein has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Monika started their career in 1996 at Procter & Gamble as a Group Manager, Finance, where they worked until 2000. Monika then joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Financial Controller Germany from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they gained several years of international experience as a resident of the US and Switzerland before returning to Russell Reynolds Associates as a Manager, Finance & Operations Germany from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Monika had an international experience living in Mexico City. Monika then worked as a Consultant for three months before joining Procter & Gamble again as a Finance Manager Duracell Northern Europe from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Head of Finance Duracell Northern Europe at Duracell Inc. Currently, Monika holds the position of Head of Finance and Operations at Russell Reynolds Associates, starting from May 2019.
