Oxana Manko

Oxana Manko has a strong background in executive search and research. Oxana began their career in 2006 at Odgers Berndtson (formerly Ray & Berndtson), where they worked as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional from October 2006 to October 2009. In 2010, they joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Research Associate in the Healthcare & Digital sector. Oxana was later promoted to the role of Research Consultant in the same sector in June 2014. In July 2022, they became the Research Director - COE at Russell Reynolds Associates. Oxana Manko has demonstrated expertise in the field of executive search and research, particularly in the healthcare and digital sectors.

Oxana Manko began their education in 2000 at the Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance. Oxana graduated from this institution in 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
