Shannon Knott

Shannon Knott is a seasoned consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since September 2019, bringing extensive experience from Duke Corporate Education, where Shannon held roles including Client Director, Director of Business Development, and Project Director from 2004 to 2019. In the Director of Business Development role, Shannon was instrumental in formulating the business development strategy for North America and led a high-performing team in creating client proposals.
