Silvia Nilsson

Silvia Nilsson began their work experience in 2011 at Mia Wagner Harris, where they served as a Job Coach and Career Coach for a period of ten years, until 2021. Following that, they worked at Korn Ferry as a Research Associate for two years, from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates, starting in June 2023.

Silvia Nilsson earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Law between 2010 and 2011.
