Jessica Fox, CPP, is a highly experienced professional in packaging engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Packaging Engineering at Russell Stover Chocolates since March 2023. In this role, Jessica leads the packaging department, overseeing packaging design, testing, specification development, and sustainability initiatives for various chocolate products. Prior experience includes significant roles at PepsiCo from July 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities ranged from managing packaging for over 30 snack brands to leading productivity initiatives within the FritoLay packaging team. Previous positions at Newell Brands, Appalachian State University, and The Walt Disney Company further showcase Jessica's expertise in packaging design and engineering, supported by an MS in Technology and a B.S. in Packaging Science.
