Valeriy Balulo

Valeriy Balulo serves as the Chief Product Officer for Acquiring at Rosselkhozbank, a prominent Russian bank, since July 2024. In this role, Valeriy is responsible for product strategy development, leading a team of over 30 employees, and managing product lifecycles with P&L accountability. Prior to this, Valeriy worked at Росбанк from August 2022 to July 2024 as a Product Owner and Business Development specialist focused on payment solutions for SMEs, where a new team was built from the ground up. Valeriy also held the position of Head of Acquiring Development Unit at ПАО "МТС-Банк" from March 2019 to August 2022, achieving significant growth in client portfolios and revenue. The career began at Credit Europe Bank Russia in September 2005, progressing from a consumer credit sales specialist to Deputy Head of the Acquiring Division. Valeriy holds a degree from Московский Экономико-Финансовый Институт (МЭФИ), obtained in 2007.
