Michael Song

Michael Song is a seasoned venture capitalist and financial executive with extensive experience in technology-focused investment and advisory roles. As a founding partner and senior advisor at Rustic Canyon Partners since 1999, Michael has managed over $850 million and directly invested $150 million in 33 companies. Michael also founded Tech Advisory Services in 2011, providing strategic guidance to technology start-ups in Los Angeles. Michael's interim CFO roles have included positions at Pushpay, Nixon, CHCS Services, inDinero, and Toolots, where financial leadership supported various companies across diverse sectors. Michael’s educational background includes a BA in International Relations and Russian History from Brown University, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from The Wharton School, and a baccalaureate from Phillips Exeter Academy.
