PJ DeSoto is an Operations and Production Manager at Rusty Surfboards, handling international distributor support and reporting. PJ is also a Sales and Marketing Associate, managing D2C sales and B2B invoicing. Additionally, PJ works as a Founder at PEHOTA, a self-expression through art venture.
