David C. Schulz

David C. Schulz is the Vice President of Planning, Development, and Design at Rutgers University. David has been in this position since August 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Vice President of Planning, Development, and Design at Rutgers from January 2016 to August 2016. From November 2013 to December 2015, they were the Executive Director of Program Development at Rutgers. From July 2013 to October 2013, they were the Executive Director of Facilities at Rutgers. David also worked as the Interim Vice President for Administration at UMDNJ from March 2012 to June 2013 and as the Acting Associate Vice President for Operations at UMDNJ from May 2011 to March 2012. Before that, they were the Executive Director of Facilities Planning, Management, and Construction at UMDNJ from June 2009 to May 2011. David began their career at UMDNJ as a Senior Project Manager in July 1998 and became the Director of Construction in March 2002.

David C. Schulz attended high school at Randolph High School and then pursued a B Arch at NJIT in the field of architecture.

Their manager is Antonio Calcado, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
