Lavinia Boxill is currently the Vice Chancellor of Advancement at Rutgers University. Lavinia has previously served as the Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers Newark, the Interim President of the Rutgers University Foundation, and the Assistant Vice President for Development at Rutgers University Foundation. Lavinia has also been the President of the Berkeley Heights Public Library Foundation from 2001 to 2018.

Lavinia Boxill graduated from Governor Livingston High School and then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Drew University.
