Vice Chancellor, Student Academic Success, Rutgers University–Camden at Rutgers University

Marsha Lowery, Ed.D., serves as the Vice Chancellor for Student Academic Success at Rutgers University - Camden since January 2015, with additional roles as Assistant Chancellor for Student Academic Success and Director of the Educational Opportunity Fund. Concurrently, Marsha Lowery holds adjunct faculty positions at Temple University and Wilmington University. Marsha Lowery participated in the prestigious HERS Institute, aimed at empowering women in higher education. Previous experience includes program management at Drexel University, overseeing school turnaround initiatives for the School District of Philadelphia, and administrative leadership roles at Harcum College. Marsha Lowery holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University, a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Eastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from Temple University.
