Shante Palmer is currently the Vice Chancellor for External and Governmental Affairs Relations at Rutgers University. Shantè has also previously served as the Director of Government Relations for Montclair State University and as the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Capital Impact Group.

Shante has a long history of working in government relations and public policy. Shantè has worked extensively with elected and appointed officials at the local, state, and federal level to advance the objectives of the organizations they have been involved with. In their current role at Rutgers University, they are responsible for promoting relations with government officials on behalf of the university.

Shante is a highly respected figure in their field, and their work has helped to shape the landscape of public policy in the United States. Shantè is a dedicated professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the world around her.

Shantè Palmer has a BA in Political Science from Montclair State University, a Certification in Legal Specialist from Essex County College, and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark.
