Max Schwarz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Max began their career as an Audio Visual Material Merchant Apprentice at agenturcatwalk, where they gained skills in financial accounting, marketing, and economics. From there, Max worked as a Membership Consultant at Fitness First Deutschland, where they focused on sales and marketing, negotiating leases, and managing leads.

Moving forward, Max joined kleidoo GmbH, first as a Junior Public Relations Manager, where they coordinated offline and online marketing projects and managed press releases and events. Max then advanced to the role of Strategic Marketing and Communication Manager, where they led public relations efforts, synchronized off- and online marketing strategies, created and managed PR and marketing campaigns, and oversaw a 5-employee business development team and a 6-employee social media team.

After kleidoo GmbH, Max worked at Videobeat Networks as a Business Development Manager (Intern), specializing in cross-platform video marketing. In this role, they analyzed and adjusted business and sales strategies, created communication strategies and sales tools, managed lead generation and email campaigns, and gave presentations to potential clients.

Max then joined Legacy as a Brand Director, where they analyzed and developed corporate strategy, created and managed communication strategies, defined target markets and audiences, and supported the CEO in various tasks such as corporate strategy and presentations.

Following Legacy, Max joined Evectro Mobility GmbH as the Head of Online Marketing, focusing on managing online marketing activities.

Most recently, Max has been working as a Co-Founder & CMO at Ruuky, where they played a key role in founding the company and serving as the Chief Marketing Officer. Max is currently also involved in another venture, Stealth Mode on, as a Co-Founder & CMO.

Max Schwarz completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Buckingham - ESE Campus. Max pursued this degree from the year 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in PR and Communication Management from Macromedia Executive School, which they completed from the year 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Max Schwarz obtained a certification in mobile advertising from Google in November 2016.
