Atli Fannar

Atli Fannar is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in digital marketing, journalism, and television production. Currently serving as Verkefnastjóri vefútgáfu og samfélagsmiðla at RUV Iceland since September 2016, Atli Fannar is also known as a Sjónvarpsmaður, contributing regular segments on weekly news in Vikunni með Gísla Marteini. Previously, Atli Fannar worked as a Ráðgjafi í stafrænni markaðssetningu at Hugsmiðjan from September 2018 to September 2019 and served as Ritstjóri and founder of Nútíminn, managing the website from September 2014 until its sale in September 2018. Earlier experience includes a role in the handritshöfundateymi for the 2015 Áramótaskaupið at RUV Iceland and serving as Fréttastjóri at Fréttablaðið from September 2009 to August 2012.
