Naela Scholles has a diverse background in design and marketing roles. Naela is currently working as a Design Manager at Ruvixx, Inc., where they lead content and design initiatives. Prior to this, they held positions as a UI/UX Designer and Junior UI/UX Designer at Ruvixx, Inc., where they conducted wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for internal products, as well as optimized email designs. Naela also worked as a UI/UX Designer at OHZI Interactive, contributing to the development of user interfaces and experiences. In addition, they have experience as a Graphic Designer at Kapel Group, Blend Strategic Design & Consulting, and Rolón Pisos & Deck, where they developed visual systems, created advertising materials, and conducted user research. Naela's earlier experiences include working as a Graphic Illustrator at Northwestern University, participating in an exchange program at Cultural Care Au Pair, and serving as a Marketing Assistant at Centro Adventista de Vida Sana. Naela also has administrative experience as an Assistant at Sanatorio Adventista del Plata. Throughout their roles, Naela has demonstrated their design skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative mindset.
Naela Scholles began their education in 2010 at the Universidad Adventista del Plata, where they pursued a degree in Executive Assistant with a focus on Social Sciences and Business. Naela completed this program in 2012.
In 2015, Naela attended Colegio Universitario IES, where they obtained a Tecnicatura degree in Publicidad.
In 2016, they enrolled in a course at Long Island University, specializing in Marketing y Negocios para las Redes Sociales. Naela completed this course within the same year.
Continuing their education, Naela attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College in 2016 to 2017, where they studied English as a Second Language in the field of Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching.
In 2017, Naela expanded their knowledge in Insights, Analytics, and Strategies for Digital Marketing and SEO by completing a course at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. This course lasted for one credit.
Their most recent educational endeavor took place from 2018 to 2021 at Universidad Nacional de Misiones, where they earned a Licenciatura degree in Diseño gráfico (Graphic Design).
Naela Scholles also holds certifications from The Interaction Design Foundation. In 2021, they obtained a Membership Certificate from the institution. In 2022, they completed two additional certifications: Agile Methods for UX Design and User Experience: The Beginner's Guide, both from The Interaction Design Foundation.
