Naela Scholles has a diverse background in design and marketing roles. Naela is currently working as a Design Manager at Ruvixx, Inc., where they lead content and design initiatives. Prior to this, they held positions as a UI/UX Designer and Junior UI/UX Designer at Ruvixx, Inc., where they conducted wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for internal products, as well as optimized email designs. Naela also worked as a UI/UX Designer at OHZI Interactive, contributing to the development of user interfaces and experiences. In addition, they have experience as a Graphic Designer at Kapel Group, Blend Strategic Design & Consulting, and Rolón Pisos & Deck, where they developed visual systems, created advertising materials, and conducted user research. In 2017, Naela expanded their knowledge in Insights, Analytics, and Strategies for Digital Marketing and SEO by completing a course at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. This course lasted for one credit.

Their most recent educational endeavor took place from 2018 to 2021 at Universidad Nacional de Misiones, where they earned a Licenciatura degree in Diseño gráfico (Graphic Design).

Naela Scholles also holds certifications from The Interaction Design Foundation. In 2021, they obtained a Membership Certificate from the institution. In 2022, they completed two additional certifications: Agile Methods for UX Design and User Experience: The Beginner's Guide, both from The Interaction Design Foundation.
