Alessandra Soares Schanoski

Alessandra Soares Schanoski has a diverse work experience in the field of science and research. Starting in 2005, they served as a PHD Fellow at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid until 2009. Alessandra then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Instituto do Coração- FMUSP from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Bio-Rad Laboratories as a Field Applications Specialist Coordinator for a year. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Instructor at Instituto Butantan. In 2018, Alessandra became a Senior Scientist at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where they stayed until 2021. Following this, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Alessandra serves as a Principal Scientist I, Immunology at RVAC Medicines starting from 2023.

Alessandra Soares Schanoski holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Immunology, which they obtained from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2004 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Tumor Immunology at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, from 2000 to 2003. Alessandra also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
