Susan Qu, Ph.D., MBA

Susan Qu, Ph.D., MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Susan is currently the VP, Head of Quality at ABio-X Holdings, Inc, RVAC Medicines, and Ensem Therapeutics. Prior to these positions, they held the role of Sr. Director, US Quality Assurance Head at WuXi Biologics, where they provided QA support and oversight of three US sites. Susan also served as the Director of Global Quality at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Associate Director of Quality Systems and Risk Management at Takeda. Susan has extensive experience in risk management and has held multiple roles at Sanofi Genzyme, including External Manufacturing Risk Champion and Corporate Quality Organizations Principal Project Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Scientist and Staff Scientist at Altus Pharmaceuticals.
