Mandie Rice

Mandie Rice is an experienced professional in development and data management, currently serving as the Development Events and Data Officer at RVC since August 2020. In this role, Mandie manages a portfolio of lapsed donors, executes digital fundraising campaigns, and maintains data integrity in the Bloomerang donor database. Previously, Mandie worked as a Community Impact Fellow, where a fund development plan was created for Seattle Music Partners, alongside managing grants and data practices for Little Green Light. Additional experience includes a Development Assistant position at Project Angel Heart, where offline giving processes and data accuracy were priorities, and roles at Cru as an Interpreting Logistics Assistant and Sign Language Interpreter. Mandie holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in American Sign Language/English Interpreting from North Central University.
