Eline M. has work experience in various HR and customer service roles. Eline worked as a Junior HR Interim Professional at Rvdb from March 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Store Assistant at Arriva Nederland from December 2020 to March 2023. Eline also gained experience as an HR intern at Aon from February to August 2022, where they worked on projects such as implementing new branding to improve HR visibility among employees. Eline was an HR manager at Integrand Tilburg from January to August 2021, responsible for recruiting and selecting new board members. Before that, they served as a Student Public Relations (SPR) representative from August 2020 to January 2021, focusing on increasing awareness of Integrand among students. Eline previously worked as kitchen staff at Proeflokaal Bregje Franchise from August 2015 to October 2019. Additionally, they completed a successful advisory internship at Havensteder in 2019, where they wrote a report on the impact of employee happiness on customer satisfaction and business value.

Eline M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Personeelswetenschappen from Tilburg University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VWO) in Economie & Maatschappij from CSG Willem de Zwijger from 2011 to 2017. Eline is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University since 2021. Additionally, Eline has obtained a certification in Bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV) from Medprevent B.V. in February 2021.
