Kiki Marringa

Kiki Marringa has a diverse work experience. Starting from 2018, Kiki worked as a Werkstudent and later as a Stagiaire at De Presentatie Groep. In 2019, they served as an Afstudeerstagiaire at ZEDGE, conducting qualitative research on meaning in work. In 2021, Kiki joined YSE as a Stagiaire Learning & Development, responsible for program management and training improvement. In the same year, they became a Medewerker serviceteam at Clipper Stad Amsterdam, organizing events and managing the service team. Kiki continued their journey in 2022 as an Operationeel manager serviceteam at Clipper Stad Amsterdam, overseeing operational management during trips and events. Moving forward, Kiki joined Rvdb in 2023 as an HR Interim Professional, performing interim assignments in various industries and participating in the Rvdb development program. Kiki also began working as an HR-medewerker a.i. at Vermaat.

Kiki Marringa's education history is as follows. From 2010 to 2015, Kiki attended Lek en Linge Culemborg where they obtained a Havo degree with a focus on Economie & Maatschappij. Following this, from 2015 to 2019, Kiki studied at Hogeschool Leiden, majoring in Toegepaste psychologie (Applied psychology). However, no degree name is provided for this period. In 2019, they enrolled in the Open Universiteit for a Pre-master program in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie. Lastly, from 2020 to 2023, Kiki attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, pursuing a Master's degree in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie.
