Michelle van der Blij has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Michelle currently works as an HR Business Partner at Equipe Zorgbedrijven since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb from March 2021, where they gained experience working on various interim assignments across different organizations in the Netherlands. During their time at Rvdb, they also served as a Recruitment Consultant.

Michelle also worked as the Member Representative for the Netherlands at EFPSA (European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations) from May 2018 to April 2019, where they represented Dutch psychology students and promoted EFPSA within the country. Michelle kept students informed about European developments in the field of psychology.

Michelle van der Blij pursued their education in a chronological order. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Leiden University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following this, from 2019 to 2020, Michelle enrolled at the University of Amsterdam to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership & Management.
