Nikki Verkooijen

Nikki Verkooijen has a diverse work experience. Nikki started their career as an Administrative Planning Assistant at Chr. Vermeer Transport from April 2016 to July 2018. Nikki then interned at Lee Hecht Harrison Australia/New Zealand from July 2018 to November 2018, where they discovered their passion for coaching and training. Nikki worked as a Sales Advisor at H&M from March 2019 to February 2021, responsible for maintaining a tidy store and achieving sales goals. Nikki then joined Flexspecialisten as a Recruiter from February 2021 to July 2021, where they handled the recruitment and selection process for both internal and external staff. At Hays, they held multiple roles, beginning as a Junior Consultant for Customer Service & Office Support from August 2021 to December 2021, focusing on candidate search and managing the recruitment process. Nikki was promoted to a Consultant for Customer Service from January 2022 to December 2022, where they also developed relationships with clients. Nikki'smost recent role at Hays was as an HR Interim Professional, starting in July 2023.

Nikki Verkooijen's education history begins in 2018 when they obtained a Propedeuse from Avans University of Applied Sciences. From 2016 to 2020, Nikki pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Avans University of Applied Sciences. During their time at Avans, in 2019-2020, Nikki also completed a Minor in Creative Trainership at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, Nikki attended Academie voor Psychodynamica to pursue a Post HBO degree in Professional Coaching. In terms of additional certifications, Nikki obtained a Trainerscertificaat from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in February 2020.
